The Plan

This is my intial plan for lose weight and get in shape. It may metamorphise into something completely different by the time I’m done, but this is the bare minimum plan as of today.

Step 1: Master Cleanse Diet started today

Step 2: 100% Raw Food Diet for six months

Step 3: 90% Raw Food Diet from there on out.

I will be posting daily on my progress, and we’ll see what needs to be changed from there.
