		<description>You are not a failure! But fasting and fad diets won't help you keep weight off. I lost 20 pounds earlier this year and have kept it off for 6 months. Know how? By eating. A lot. Whole grains, vegetables, meats, cheeses and, yes, the occasional dessert (in other words, by cutting out processed foods). By drinking a lot of water rather than sodas (my one indulgence), and by making exercise a regular part of my life. If I can lose weight, anyone can! Have faith and don't give up, but please don't starve yourself!</description>
