By the way, 25 pounds overweight isn't obese.  It depends on your height, but at, say 5' 5", you'd have to be about 45 to 65 pounds overweight to be considered obese, according to the BMI charts.  Anyway, that's what I tell myself -- I'm overweight, not obese! ;-)</description>
